Well structured, dark and rich, this full-bodied red initiates with an intense bouquet of spices, black fruits, pepper and gamey character. It is followed by an opulent mid palate with bright acidity and robust tannins and a generous, long finish. This wine has been carefully matured in French oak barrels for over 18 months and will continue to gain in complexity in the bottle for years to come. It pairs best with steaks, pork and wild game.
